Lowell H. (Bud) Ashbach, Jr.
Bud graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1975. After graduation, he worked in the Washington State Insurance Commissioner’s Office. This position has allowed him special insight that has been useful in handling accident and personal injury cases over his legal career.
Since leaving that office, his career has concentrated on representation of people who have either been injured or charged by the government with misconduct or crimes. It is still believed that Bud has the record for the quickest DUI acquittal (not guilty verdict) in Skagit County, which has stood for at least 15 years. Bud is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, and has established a reputation as one of the best DUI attorneys in the area. Bud has aggressively and effectively represented a wide variety of clients in many types of cases, including:
- murder and other major felonies
- misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors
- domestic violence
- DUI, reckless driving and other driving offenses
- Personal injury actions, auto accidents and other lawsuits recovering vast sums of money for his clients, including one case with a recovery of over $800,000.

Brian C. Ashbach
Brian graduated with highest honors (summa cum laude) from Seattle University Law where he was a member of Law Review and winner of multiple awards, and was able to graduate six months ahead of schedule at the top of his class.
Brian’s legal career started in the Public Defender’s office, and now is partner at Ashbach Law Offices, LLC, based in Marysville, Washington. His experience includes successful resolution of hundreds of cases, ranging from simple possession charges to serious felony offenses. Brian is quickly establishing a reputation as a talented and successful trial attorney, and relishes the opportunity for trial if the case warrants it.
