Everett District Court

Everett District Court (also called Snohomish County District Court, Everett Division) is located at 3000 Rockefeller Ave, Everett, WA 98201-4046.

The two main courtrooms are on the third floor and are Department 2 and Department 3. Department 1 is located on the first floor by the elevator, and is for in-custody hearings.

Everett District Court handles infractions, small claims, protection orders, and criminal allegations. As a Court of Limited Jurisdiction, Everett District Court only handles gross misdemeanors and misdemeanors.

Criminal cases filed in Everett District Court typically involve Washington State Patrol (WSP) and Snohomish County Sheriff (SCSO) as the arresting agencies. In addition to WSP and SCSO cases, Everett District Court also handles nonfelony cases arising out of Mukilteo.
