Everett District Court (also called Snohomish County District Court, Everett Division) is located at 3000 Rockefeller Ave, Everett, WA 98201-4046. The two main courtrooms are on the third floor and are Department 2 and Department 3. Department 1 is located on the first floor by the elevator, and is for in-custody hearings. Everett District Court handles infractions, small claims, protection orders, and criminal allegations. As a Court of Limited Jurisdiction, Everett District Court only handles gross misdemeanors and misdemeanors.
