Evergreen District Court (also called Snohomish County District Court, Evergreen Division) is located at 14414 179th Ave SE, Monroe, WA 98272.  It is right across the street from the Evergreen State Fairgrounds.

Evergreen District Court handles infractions, small claims, protection orders, and criminal allegations. As a Court of Limited Jurisdiction, Evergreen District Court only handles gross misdemeanors and misdemeanors.

Criminal cases filed in Evergreen District Court typically involve Washington State Patrol (WSP) and Snohomish County Sheriff (SCSO) as the arresting agencies. In addition to WSP and SCSO cases, Evergreen District Court also handles nonfelony cases arising out of Gold Bar, Index, Snohomish, and Sultan  as well cases involving non tribal members from the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
