South District Court (also called Snohomish County District Court, South Division) is located 20520 68th Ave. W., Lynnwood, WA 98036. It is located right next to Edmonds Community College. South District Court handles infractions, small claims, protection orders, and criminal allegations. As a Court of Limited Jurisdiction, South District Court only handles gross misdemeanors and misdemeanors. Criminal cases filed in South District Court typically involve Washington State Patrol (WSP) and Snohomish County Sheriff (SCSO) as the arresting agencies.
